* expired domain will cause name server websites to go down?

Hello,

So recently I noticed one of my domains cape-tek.com has expired, I noticed that the company hellodomains.net has also expired and totally disapeared. So I wanted to transfer my domain to godaddy and I cant because I need authorization from hellodomains which doesnt exist. Now will this cause all the domains I host to expire because they are all pointing to ns1.cape-tek.com? I'm kind of in a tough situation here, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

-Tony

Yes they will go down as the records will disappear.

If you can't get in touch with "hellodomains" find out if they were a real registrar.

If not, find out who they resold with and try calling them!

Good luck buddy

Change the nameservers that those domains use over to your host's server's default nameservers. That will get them working again, while you sort out the domain that held the previous nameservers for your other domains.

If you are able to get a hold of hellodamins just get them to push the control of your domain name to a enom account that you have created.

You can create your own account at enomcentral.com and they can push the domain name to you from enom.com.

Then you have complete control of your domain name and can move it or leave it where it is.
